This app is safe for kids and adults. We respect and value your privacy and don’t collect or share your personal information.

This privacy policy governs your use of the Fruit Sets application on mobile devices, desktop computers, and/or websites. This policy is in addition to any terms, conditions or policies agreed to between you and the store when you purchased and/or download this application. We are not responsible for the store's collection or use of your user data and information.

1. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about the users of our applications (your name, address, phone number, email, etc.).
2. If you contact us with a question about our mobile apps or with a support question, we may receive your email address or other information you provide. We will use this information only to answer your questions or provide support to you and will not share your information with others.
3. We do not knowingly collect any information about, contact, nor do business with children under 13 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected any information about a child and/or if a child has contacted us or tried to do business with us, please contact us so that we may address your concerns.
4. We may automatically collect anonymous usage information to help us improve the quality of our services and applications. We may use third party analytics services that may collect data such as device type, type of operating system, app identifier, unique device identifiers, app session times, and information about the way you use the application.
5. We do not use or collect your geographic location.
6. Some of our apps contain third-party advertising and we may occasionally promote other products of our own within our apps. We may allow third parties to serve advertisements and provide analytics services in connection with our services and applications. These entities may use cookies and other tracing technologies to collect information about your use of our applications, including your IP address, device identifiers, software and hardware information, browser information, time zone and usage information. This information may be used by us and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests and better understand your activity on our applications.
7. Third-party ad serving and analytics technologies are integrated into our applications, so if you do not want to be subject to advertising or these technologies, do not use or access our applications or services.
8. Our applications may require internet permissions for the purpose of serving advertisements or providing links to the app store entry of our products and to collect anonymous usage information (see above).
9. Some of our free apps may contain in-app purchases, such as the ability to purchase the app and opt-out of advertising.
10. Our apps do not interact with any social media sites, but we may provide links to our own social media sites for the purpose of providing support and/or product information.
11. We may occasionally cross-promote the products of other affiliated developers that offer similar products and share similar values as expressed on their own published privacy policies.
12. We may make user-provided and/or anonymous information available to third parties in these limited circumstances: (a) with your express consent, (b) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law (c) at the request of governmental authorities, or (d) to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets.
