A nationally recognized real estate and economic development expert in transactions with the public sector, Bob specializes in matching private sector real estate opportunities with public sector land use policies, regulations and financing/incentive programs. Mary Rodiguez: Over the last 25 years, Mary has provided public affairs, government relations, community outreach, real estate development to California and Los Angeles area public and private sector clients, including numerous California cities and counties. She also has extensive affordable housing experience, is a former Executive Consultant for the United Community and Housing Development Corporation and in 1995 founded Corporation for Better Housing, a nonprofit organization formed for the purpose of affordable housing with ancillary social services in California. Mary holds a Masters of Public Administration from USC, a Bachelors Degree in History from Rutgers University and did graduate work at Columbia School of Social Work. James Banks: A former Mayor of Burbank, Airport Commissioner and Chair of the Burbank Redevelopment Agency, James' professional experience is solidly based in public policy, media, business and marketing. His leadership and marketing experience with Internet commerce, retail, healthcare entertainment and personal care, plus serving in public office, brings him a unique perspective on a wide variety of consumer and public issues. Tyler McNabb: An eight-year Redondo Beach Councilmember and former Chair of their Redevelopment Agency, Tyler offers our clients a wealth of public and private sector experience, including the advancement of technological solutions at the local, regional, state government levels. During his 31year career, he has held managerial and executive positions with a variety of private sector businesses.
